Bill has over thirty years of extensive human resources experience with Fortune 100 companies. Areas of expertise include employee and labor relations, training on human resources and leadership topics, recruitment, benefits, and compensation. Bill holds a deep passion for the human resources field and has dedicated the majority of his career to assisting companies effectively outsource HR without sacrificing the dependability of hiring an in-house team member.
His credentials include a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in human resources management from Loyola University Chicago.
Julie Schouten

Julie is a passionate human resources professional with many years of progressive experience working in industries that include transportation, manufacturing, senior housing, real estate, insurance, banking, and financial institutions. Known for her knowledge as a trusted business partner to management, she simultaneously serves as an advocate for company employees. In addition to daily hands-on human resources functions, she is also an expert at human resources strategy.
Julie's credentials include Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National Louis University.
Katina Williams, CPP
Vice President HRIS/Payroll Services, CPP
Katina is an experienced and highly motivated payroll and HRIS professional. For over 20 years, Katina’s payroll experienced has ranged from processing payrolls to managing payroll teams to overseeing a company’s HR technology strategy. Through implementation and system automation, Katina develops and creates the most efficient payroll processes to ensure employees are paid accurately and timely. Industries include real estate, technology, hospitality, senior living, construction, and food production.
In addition to her bachelor’s degree, Katina is a member of the American Payroll Association (APA) and the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM). Her credentials include the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.

Allison has domestic and international experience in several industries, including senior living, design, marketing, digital consulting, informational technology, and not-for-profit.
